Archeological Dig

Our 6th graders had the opportunity to participate in an archeological dig. They were given a bag that contained smashed pieces of pottery as well as dirt. With their group, they had to act like archeologists and sift through the dirt to find the pieces of their pot. Once they found the pieces, they had to glue together their pot.
